Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a legend identifying various areas of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
More documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional process.
